BB-Bot respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use the portal and gem-farming service.

Data we collect

Your Discord account information (id, display name, email), the game account you send to the service (username and password), plan and key details, activity logs, and basic web analytics (time, path, and country estimated from IP).

How we use it

To operate and secure the service, farm gems for the game account you send, manage keys and expiry, provide support, and produce aggregate statistics to improve the product.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the infrastructure providers needed to run the service, or when required by law.

Storage and security

Data is stored on access-controlled servers, transmitted over encrypted connections, and login tokens are stored only as hashes. We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service.
